Freedom Ministry is an outreach of C3 Haven Community Church in the Illawarra, New South Wales.

Freedom Ministry is comprised of four core team members:

1. Pastor Jason (Degree in New Testament History; Adv. Dip. Ministry & Theology; Master of Child & Adolescent Welfare, and Grad. Dip. Education). Pastor Jason is the founder of C3 Haven Community Church. Pastor Jason is a gifted teacher, writer, and minister. Ps Jason has been in ministry for 25 years and in the Senior Pastor role since planting the church in 2010 with his wife and co-leader, Tara.

2. Pastor Kay (Adv. Dip. Ministry). Kay is on the senior leadership team of C3 Haven Community Church and is an itinerant minister of freedom ministry and the prophetic. Kay is the founding Director of 'Get a Life Centre Charity' since 2014.

3. Pastor Phil is on the senior leadership team and is a board member of C3 Haven. Phil is a professional workplace trainer and a faithful and diligent church member overseeing management in the Church.

4. Pastor Inge (Cert. IV Min), is on the senior leadership team of C3 Haven and is a gifted pastor. Inge is a very gifted nurse and also works in aged care.

'Freedom Ministry' consists of a Biblical and Holy Spirit application of the message, teaching, and ministry of Christ Jesus as outlined in the instruction modules below.

Purpose and Scope :

The Living Temple: A Theology of Deliverance, Restoration, & Wholeness is designed to provide a cohesive, scripturally grounded framework for individual sanctification and for the careful preparation of healing and deliverance ministry. This work is intentionally Christ centered and pastoral in tone. It is not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care, nor as a mechanistic model of spiritual cause and effect, but as a theological and practical aid for restoring the lordship of Christ over the whole person. This teaching is made up of eight separate components:

I. The Backstory: The Image of God, the Breach by Sin, & God’s Answer

II. Seeing With the Eyes of Our Heart: Recovering A Spiritual Worldview

III. Spiritual Laws: The Legal Nature of Sin & Salvation

IV. Sanctification: Redemption, Suffering, & the Way of Rest

V. The Holy Spirit: Sanctifier, Binder of the Strong Man, & the Holy Presence that Fills the Living Temple

VI. Power: Delegated Authority to Cast Out Unclean Spirits

VII. The Twelve Gateways: An Organizing Schema for Wholeness

VIII. Staying Free: Discipleship & the Freedom of Following Jesus

Freedom Ministry is about individuals and families moving toward wholeness and walking in the liberty of the finished work of Jesus’ victory on the cross. Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection means victory over the power of sin our lives.

Freedom through Christ involves processing your relationship with God and the areas of brokenness in five fundamental steps:

1. Confession

2. Repentance

3. Renunciation

4. Forgiveness

5. Application of Scripture & Discipleship

Through these steps we can experience deliverance and break free from the destructive patterns and bondages of sin, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Typically, a freedom ministry prayer session can be tailored to individuals (approximately 90 minutes) or groups, and occurs in a private and confidential space with trained C3 Haven prayer ministry team members. The time of prayer involves personal willingness to be open and transparent before God in the areas of brokenness, and to follow Jesus as a life-long learner.
